Some just stumbled into blogging and are doing very wellwhile some are very passionate about it and yet don’t have much to show for it.Anyway, I am not here to compare myself and my blog to anyone’s work becausethis journey is a personal one.
So, before I tell you why I started blogging let mereintroduce myself.
My name is Linda Chizobam Zobeashia, but I prefer to becalled Zobam. I am happily married to my boyfriend/husband and we are blessedwith a handsome boy. I am family oriented and I care for those I considerfriends or family. I studied fine arts (BA.) at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and Fashion and stage design (MA.) at the University of Arts in Poznan, Poland.I am also a makeup artist.
Well, I would not want to bore you with my CV right now butI think that’s basic introduction. If you want me to get personal just let meknow in the comments section.
For those that don’t know me personally, I am a very shy person hence I am not good with videos and may be audios too. So blogging was my best bet at sharing the little knowledge I have about things around me or life in general.
I love craft making and sewing through lately I have been super lazy about that but that hopefully would change with time. So, I started blogging so that I can share some inexpensive craft making posts for my readers especially stay at home moms or students that might want to make a living from it.
After I had my son in 2016, I experienced a lot as a firsttime mom especially because I didn’t have my mom right beside me at the time.So I saw the need to share tips, lessons that I have learnt and anything aboutmotherhood lifestyle especially in Nigeria that people are not talking about.
Hacks are my favorite; I love to figure things outespecially when I find simpler or cost effective ways to do everything. For example, with food I feel like a researcher looking for shortest ways to cook a meal, ortry new techniques.
I bet you have been looking for the passion speech; well that’s just a little percentage of it. Sometimes, I think passion is overrated. Over time I have been more curious that passionate about things. I take blogging as an adventurous journey, and I share whatever I find along the way with my readers. It might not always be top notch but I try my best to stay true to myself and improve too.
Blogging for me is a learning curve. You have to learn, unlearn and relearn else you will be stock at a spot until you make a move to self-improvement.
I would like to make a resolution… well; I haven’t done much in a while. It goes thus:
2019 BLOG RESOLUTION BY STYLEBEAT BY ZOBAM
