KITCHEN HACKS WITH ZOBAM #2

Happiness is having enough leftovers in the fridge that you don’t have to cook again.

I don’t like leftovers but some days are just meant for leftovers. And trust me sometimes am not even inspired to cook anything.

I was meant to make some yam chips in the morning but I remembered I had a slice of pre-boiled yam in the fridge. I made my way to the fridge immediately.

This is the slice of pre-boiled yam.
I sliced it into thin pieces on a cutting board. You can use a cookie cutter if you want to make it interesting for kids. Then i sprinkled a little salt on them.

Next step would next would be to pre-heat you vegetable oil. When it is hot, add the sliced yam into it and fry.

NB: you don’t have fry as long as you would fry the freshly cut yam. So watch it closely so that it doesn’t burn.
