I bet everyone has one issue with his or her skin in one way or the other. Right?
Hope you are having a fabulous day?
Well, I am having a fab day because I finally got to write this post that has been on my mind for quiet some time now.

Disclaimer: This post does  NOT  make me a dermatologist in anyway. I am just sharing my candid experience with my skin type. 🙂
So, back to the gist.
In 2013, I had a reaction to some kind of antibiotics. It gave me heavy pimples, dark spots and generally rough skin.  I could not stand myself in the mirror, although I had makeup to cover up a bit but that didn’t help much.
Above are pictures showing the state of my skin at the moment before I commenced the natural treatment routine.
Until, one day a Facebook friend advised me to try out some natural options to help clear my spots.
                                                                  Lemon (juice)

She suggested I use Honey and lemon juice mix on my face twice in a day for one hour. Then wash of with cool water.

I decided to try it out. I wouldn’t hurt since it natural, right?

I commenced the procedure for 4 weeks and noticed some improvement.

This was my face after sometime. My spots were clearing up gradually.
With that said I switched up my meals to healthier options, more veggies and fruits. Then I also increased my water in take and stopped drinking soda. This helped to improve the quality of my skin. 🙂
So much improvement over a long period of time. (2015 and counting …)
The dark spots did not take that long to clear. I also noticed that there was no scaring of any sort. It only took dedication and patience to achieve this.
So, would you be sharing you skincare routine with me?
Or would be trying mine? Kindly share your thoughts below… you know we love to hear from you. :*
Don’t forget to drop your comments below. I would love to hear from you. Tell me what your skin care routine looks like , or what options worked for you.
